BIDDING TIPS

1) When placing bids, hit the SUBMIT BIDS Button BEFORE you go to the next page. When you submit a bid, a message will pop up and ask if you accept the terms of the Auction. Check yes and you will see a message that you won the bid or you were outbid. Always hit the Review Bids button to view your bids before moving on.

2) As Auction items close (5 per minute), HIT THE REFRESH BUTTON for items with your bids to assure that you have an opportunity to place another bid before the clock runs out. Remember, each item that receives a bid in the 4 minutes prior to closing time automatically extends 5 additional minutes each time another bid is placed.

3) To REMOVE ENDED ITEMS FROM VIEW click on "OPEN ITEMS" at the top of the page. This will remove all ended items from your page view.

4) SEARCH for Key words to find what you are looking for. See top of any page for the "KEYWORDS" box and enter a specific or a general term. If you are looking for a "BREWERY" you may want to use a more common descriptor like "BEER" or "BAR" and so on... Try different, even incorrect spellings as typos have been known to happen and items can be described any number of different ways. Try With or without Capital letter at beginning of word.

ONLINE AUCTION TERMS; This is an Internet-only auction. Unless a reserve bid is posted, the highest bid online at close of bidding on a each item becomes the winning bid for that item. All items sold to highest bid without reserve unless otherwise noted per item. Minimum bid may apply.

Buyers must pay a 10% Buyer’s Fee in addition to the winning bid amount. The total then becomes the full purchase price for each item. Buyers are responsible for sales tax where applicable and any vehicle registration fees, firearms background check, cost of removal and additional expense per item description. 5.5% Sales Tax applies to this Auction
Acceptable form of payment: All Major Credit/Debit Cards via Pay Pal all paid online. We may choose to accept Bank Certified Checks or pre approved personal check if arranged prior to the last business day before the end of the Auction. In any case Payment is due no later than 4:00PM on the day following close of the Auction bidding.

All sold “As-is, where-is”. We are unable to test or thoroughly inspect every item. If damage or defects are found we try to alert bidders in the item descriptions. Closely examine photographs as most defects will be shown. By Registering, Bidders agree www.AuctionGrooVe.com shall be held harmless against responsibility of notification of any defects either known or unknown. Buyer is responsible to verify condition prior to bidding and bid accordingly. Items expected to be at least in average, used, functional condition unless noted otherwise. If items found inoperable or are contrary to description at pick up time, prior to leaving the premises, we will refund actual purchase price and Buyer fees as liquidated damages. Please do not bid if you do not understand Auction Terms or procedures as you are legally responsible to pay for every bid you win and pick up your purchases per the terms of this Auction. Our goal is to help educate bidders to help create a satisfying Online Auction Experience for all.

Bidding closes for each item in the order posted on the website at the rate of 5 items per minute. This Auction features Automatic Bid Extension. Any item receiving a bid during the last 4 minutes of the Auction automatically extends the bidding 4 minutes for that item until bidding activity ceases.

Bidder’s Legal Responsibility; By registering and placing bids on www.AuctionGrooVe.com you have entered into an enforceable legal contract and held accountable to abide by all terms and conditions. When registering to bid you acknowledge receipt and agree to abide by the Auction terms and information made available by www.AuctionGrooVe.com. Bidder is responsible to check for updated terms prior to bidding. Terms will have date and time for the most current entry and typically will not change once the Auction starts. In the unlikely event of changes made for any item during the Auction, Bidders will be notified via email and will be allowed to rescind their bid for that item. Should any disputes arise, legal venue shall be La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Fees and charges for failing to timely remove or pay for items won.
If the winning bidder's credit card information is on file with AuctionGrooVe, that card will be charged for the total purchase price plus one $30 late payment fee if payment is not otherwise timely made. If no credit card information is on file or if the information is insufficient or outdated, a $30 late payment fee is assessed for each partial or full day beyond the payment deadline for which payment is not made. If items not removed within two calendar days of the last pick up date for that Auction, a minimum $10.00 handling and storage fee will be assessed per Auction lot, per day. Individual tems weighing over 40 lbs each or larger than a gross volume of 27 Cubic feet will be charged a handling and storage fee of $100 per lot per day. Storage fees will accrue beginning on the day following pick up date for this Auction. If an item is not removed by 12:01 PM on the last scheduled pick up date, the item will be considered abandoned property, with all of the buyer's rights and interests in the property extinguished. AuctionGrooVe and/or the seller reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies. We will try to accommodate scheduled pick up by appointment for unique circumstances.

Item Pick up schedule; Arrive on time, bring help to load, packing supplies, your paid receipts and your identification. We do not supply personnel on site to help load without prior arrangement. WE CHARGE A MINIMUM OF $15 PER ITEM PER PERSON TO HELP LOAD UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE! Arrive on time.EARLY PICK UP FEE OF $15 APPLIES.
