RARE Antique La Crosse Lamppost or Street Light Globe. LARGE 2 part Globe measures 25 inches tall to the top of the finial and approximately 16 inches in diameter at it's widest point with an 8 inch outside diameter flared opening on the collar. The glass on the Globe is in very good condition but there are chips as you would expect on the collar of the base. Some concrete is stuck on the outside of the glass. According to Google, concrete can be removed by soaking it with soapy water and prying off with a plastic scraper. We washed it off with dawn dish soap and water and some of the concrete came off without causing any issues. The collar is marked CLC265. last photo shows globe from lot 19 for size reference.
