EXQUISITE HAND CARVED ITEMS 
created by Rudolph Blatter. Born 1868 in Switzerland, Rudolph eventually studied and became a Master Woodcarver. Blatter emigrated to the US in 1889 where he created many masterpieces at the 
Hackner Altar Co of La Crosse, Wis.

One of the finest examples you'll ever see of a La Crosse Bottling Works Cobalt Blue bottle made in Czechoslovakia. Stands 9 in tall, 3.75 diameter.

The Master's Tools
Includes chisels and gouges that appear to be from the early to Middle 1800s plus three wood planes including the following: Bailey smoothing transitional plane patented 6 9 12. American Boy and last plane marked 0220. Chisels include manufacturers such as d. R. Barton, Camus, W. Butcher, S. J. Addie, Haring Brothers of London, Sorby cast Steel plus one with a horse's head and another with a shooting star. See photos for many details.

 Peter and Paul

Rudolph Blatter's Expertly Carved Bas Relief Portrait Depicting Jesus and Two Disciples, probably Peter and Paul. Overall condition is very  good but Jesus is missing 2 fingers. Can be restored with little effort and some skill.
Examine photos for details.

KILIM RUG!  
A vintage hand-knotted wool KILIM Oriental Prayer Rug

Hand made in the middle east (Turkey, Central Asia, Pakistan, more).
   It measures 63" x 49" without the tassels.  
It has the original tag.
Beautiful piece!

Renaissance Revival! Exquisitely carved details! 
This bas relief maple music cabinet features beveled glass in two doors, a gallery on top, a gorgeous finish, and beauty all around. Approximately 18.5 in deep 61in wide and 46in tall.
A few minor blemishes as shown in photos.

Cedar lined blanket chest. HAND CARVED Angels, Children, Germanic Eagle Cartouche, Acanthus Leaf Scrolls and Female Figures!

This piece is by far some of the finest carving you will ever see! An example of the work of RudophBlatter; master carver from Switzerland employed in La Crosse in the mid to late 19th century.From the Lion's Paw feet to the marquetry in the top this piece is AMAZING! Very minor issues (see photos).

 A stunning conversation starter, charming charades' time keeper or unique, one-of-a-kind console piece,

this attractive, hand-carved, solid wood hour glass is impressive.  
It was carved by Swiss-trained master carver; Rudolph Blatter,
an employee of Hackner Altar Company of LaCrosse, WI.

This large hand woven wool rug features a multitude of rich colors
and a beautiful detailed floral and scrolls pattern.  An impressive piece measuring  142 in l x 105 in w.

Chimes on the half-hour and the hour plus the alarm actually works.

I think it was around 4:15.
Features only the most modern convenience has including time, temperature and level functions.
Replacement paper clock faces can be found. Needs a little TLC but seems to run.

HUGE ~ 13 ft ~Antique Toboggan
This is one long ride! Steel tracks attached to the bottom of 4 wood runners and a Brass Bell to warn everyone to get out of the way. Some condition issues but looks like it is all there.

This exquisite pitcher features a Cranberry Thumbprint Pattern, a Square Mouth, a deep Cranberry Color and an applied Twisted Rope  Glass handle!  Eight inches tall and in excellent condition. See photo for 2 natural flaws from the glass blowing process that created this beautiful picture. Note from 1978 reads, "1890 $625 to $800".

1964 ~ Gibson C-O-Classic Guitar 
This Gibson nylon string classical guitar includes a case and a capo. Tuning key is bent for the D string and nut needs to be replaced. A few minor blemishes and minor crazing on finish. Neck seems to be pretty straight and should be easy to play up and down the neck after replacing the nut. 
Serial number 223679 is impressed on headstock identifying this Gibson Guitar was manufactured at the Kalamazoo Plant, MI, USA in 1964. Production Number: 223679. See photos.

Exquisite vignette on a finely detailed gutta-percha case. Scene depicted shows a woman and two children in a boat with a man struggling to push it off the shore. Nice tintype portrait of a young man inside. Initials on piece of tape are AES 3.75 in x 3.5 in. U

Expertly crafted, hand-carved, folding thermometer in a Maple case decorated with oak leaves, acorns and flowers. Written on a piece of tape stuck to the back are the words, "Swiss Thermometer, 1860". 1& 3/8 by 3.75 in x .75 in thick. See photos. U

Jacobson's Moving and Storage (608-784-8957)is located in same building and actually moved piano in for us.

STUNNING HAND CARVED WALNUT TABLE!  
Renaissance Revival Cherub bas relief hand carved masterpiece in walnut by Swiss immigrant and master carver Rudolph Blatter. 22 inch diameter 20.5 tall. Bib is broken in a couple places as is the stringer. All pieces seem to be present and should be repairable. First photos taken with tape on back holding pieces in place. Table will not stand without repair.

Does not include a power cord but I tested it using the power cord from the amp and all the functions seemed to work. JVC XL v241 compact disc player. Tested it and it works. Group comes with assortment of cords see photos.

QUALITY VINTAGE DIRECT DRIVE TURNTABLE  
Offering a quality vintage electronics; an  Akai auto return model AP 306 quartz lock DD turntable. Everything seems to function properly except the top will not stay up on its own. Don't know if there's an adjustment for that. Electric cord has been chewed on sea photos you want to repair that. For the audiophile!

Westinghouse Chime Electric Mantle Clock
It is a Tambour number 3 with a  Westminster style chime on the hour, the quarter hours and the half hour. This is a manual start electric clock.  See photos. You actually have to spin the knob once it's plugged in to get the clock to run. Ran it for an hour and seems functional and keeps time.

1970s - 80s Link Taylor Settler's Pine Hutch.
This formidable piece is constructed with one inch thick doors, inch and a half thick framework, all in pine. The drawers are pine faces with dovetailed oak sides. See photos. Measures 75 in wide 20 in deep and 83.5 tall. Base is 33.75 tall top is 49.5 tall. Went over it one time with Old English wood polish. I expect you could really make it shine with little effort. You will need to bring 2 strong people along to pick up and load. Would work well with Table at lot 125.

Lot includes exquisite plaster statues and a plaque! 

The highly detailed plaster plaque features beautifully formed roses and leaves and measures approximately 13 in w x 20.5 in l.  It is inscribed "Ulrich Steiner made this for Rud. Blatter 1905".  Blatter was a specialist in carving roses.  In addition are two plaster figural statues depicting seated children measuring 9.5 in h by 5 in w.  Both damaged. The two frogs from Thailand make a Ribbit noise when you stroke them with the included wands.

Four Pieces of Milk Glass.
Two covered bowls (the tops ofeach have damage; the larger round bowl only has a chip on the top but the bottom of the bowl is missing 2 and a half teeth). The taller covered-dish top is missing one and a half teeth but the base seems to be in good shape. The other two pieces are in good condition without harms.
