SOHMER & Co New York CABINET GRAND PIANO Pat'd 1887

Piano cabinet finish appears to be original and in very good condition except for blemish on the top. Keys in good condition with small a chip on 2 of the ivories. Sound and tone is exceptional but slightly out of tune.

BUYER IS REQUIRED TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL (PIANO) MOVING COMPANY TO REMOVE PIANO FROM THE PROPERTY BECAUSE OF WOOD AND CERAMIC TILE FLOORS. MOVING COMPANY MUST PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE COVERING DAMAGE TO SELLER'S PROPERTY WHILE MOVING PIANO.

Center painting is entitled,  "Shore Leave" (43.3 x 30.5). Study on the left is untitled but I am calling it, "Where's my pants?" I named the 3rd painting, "Me Time" and you can name them as you see fit. Paintings on either side are 24.5 by 36.25 each.

  George Washington Meredith of East Liverpool, Ohio, advertised his whiskey as,  "The Whiskey Without a Headache". Knowles, Taylor and Knowles Pottery Company manufactured a Meredith's quart jug and also operated in East Liverpool, Ohio from 1854-1931. Photos show great condition and that it was made in a 2 piece mold. ROLMONICA Rolls
22 pieces total includes 12 in boxes plus 10 additional music rolls similar to those used on a Player Piano. The German company created this instrument by mounting a removable 12 note Harmonica that fit into a hinged Bakelite plastic frame. Frames have a simple crank mechanism and mouthpiece to simplify playing harmonica. The paper rolls originally sold for $0.10. each in 1928 and marketed with a package of four rolls for just $1. The performer had only to turn the crank and blow.

The final map is a black-and-white aerial view of Colorado that includes Vail. It is approximately 24 by 36. B
